Are You Ready Checklist:
  • Have all permits and certificate of insurance been provided?
  • Has construction of your building been completed?
  • Has the elevator to and from your office location been reserved for use by your property management company?
  • Is the space free and clear of any clutter?
  • As for cabling and electrical been installed. Be sure that all voice, data and electrical wires have been connected before installation begins. If using a power pole, make sure the wires have been pulled to the location, ready for installation.
